Our service agreement.

This agreement is between Showfront ("we") and the business named on the order ("you"). Legal entity name and address: [to be confirmed].

1. What we do

• The 30-Day Show ($800/month): 90 short animated videos in your first 30 days (three a day), posted to the accounts you give us access to (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Google Business Profile), plus the bonuses listed on our site when you sign: your Show Kit, a comment-keyword lead funnel and monthly lead report, a monthly trade report, filming scripts and a recording guide, and the local boost plan.
• Other plans: Studio ($500/month: 20 edits of your own clips a month, scripts and a recording guide) and Full Show ($1,250/month), as described on our site when you sign.
• Founding price: where agreed in writing, the 30-Day Show at $500/month in exchange for permission to use your results and a short testimonial as a case study.

2. What you do

• Give us access to your accounts through partner or manager access (we never ask for passwords), plus your logo, service list, service area and answers to our onboarding form, within 5 working days of paying.
• Approve or comment on each weekly batch within 48 hours. If we don't hear back, the batch counts as approved and goes out.
• Pay for any ad spend yourself, directly to the ad platform, up to the daily limit you set.

3. Payment and term

• Plans are paid monthly in advance by card. The first month is a 30-day launch month. After it, the plan renews month to month until either of us cancels.
• Cancel any time after the launch month by email, with effect at the end of the paid month. No refunds for part months, except under section 4.
• Town-hold deposit: $100 holds your trade in your town for 7 days, comes off your first month, and is refunded in full if you decide not to go ahead within the 7 days.

4. Our guarantees

• Delivery: if we don't deliver 90 videos in your first 30 days (counting from when we have your onboarding answers and access), your next month is free.
• Love it or leave: if you don't like your first 5 videos, tell us within 14 days of receiving them and we refund your first month in full. You keep the videos.
• One per town: while you're a client, we won't sell the same service to another business in your trade in your town ("town" means your local metro or service area; big metros are split into zones listed on your order).
• What we don't promise: we don't guarantee any number of views, followers, enquiries, leads or sales. We guarantee the work and report what it brings in.

5. Ownership

• You own every finished video we deliver and can keep using them after you cancel.
• We keep ownership of our tools, templates, 3D worlds, characters and production files, and may reuse non-identifying parts of them for other clients. Your name, logo and business details are never used for anyone else.
• We may show your videos as examples of our work only with your permission (founding clients give it as part of the founding price).

6. Content and approvals

• Videos are clearly animated. We don't present AI-generated people as your staff or customers, and we don't make claims about your business that you haven't confirmed.
• You confirm that the facts, prices and claims you give us are accurate and that you have the right to the logos and materials you supply.

7. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We aren't liable for platform decisions (reach, account restrictions) or indirect losses.

8. Privacy

We use your details only to deliver the service and contact you about it, as described in our privacy notice.

9. General

• Either of us can end this agreement if the other seriously breaks it and doesn't fix it within 14 days of written notice.
• Governing law and courts: [to be confirmed], once the company is formed.
