What we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and how to have it deleted. We never sell your data.

Who we are
Showfront makes short animated videos for local businesses. In this notice "we" means Showfront. Legal entity name and address: [to be confirmed]. You can reach us at hello@showfrontmedia.com.
What we collect
- The free video form: your name, business name, type of business, town, phone or email, and your Instagram handle if you give it. We also note which plan or page you came from.
- Booking a call: if you book through Cal.com, your name, email, the time you pick and anything you write in the notes.
- Payments: if you pay a deposit or a plan, Stripe handles your card. We see your name, email and what you paid, never your full card number.
- Onboarding (clients only): the business details you give us in the onboarding form, such as your services, service area, brand colours and who approves your videos.
- Emails and calls: what you tell us when you write to us or speak with us.
Why we use it
- To make your free video and reply to you about it.
- To check your trade is still open in your town.
- To run your plan if you become a client: making, approving and posting your videos, and sending your reports.
- To bill you and keep the records the law asks us to keep.
We only contact you about your video and your account. No newsletters unless you ask for them.
Who helps us handle it
We use a few trusted services to run Showfront. They process your details for us and only for these jobs:
- Our form provider (such as Formspree), which receives what you type into our forms and passes it to us.
- Cal.com, for booking calls.
- Stripe, for card payments.
- Google, for our email and files (Google Workspace). Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address when the page loads.
- Our web host (Cloudflare), which serves this website and keeps standard server logs for security.
When you post videos through us, the social platforms you choose (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google) handle them under their own terms.
We don't sell your data
We never sell, rent or trade your details, and we never use your name or business for anyone else.
How long we keep it
If you ask for a free video and don't go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your details while you're a client and then only what we need for tax and accounting records.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies beyond what is essential for it to work, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page first. Cal.com and Stripe may set their own cookies when you use their pages.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@showfrontmedia.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You don't need to give a reason.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
